Golf Handicap Tracker allows users to create an account and track golf handicap-related information. We collect first and last name, email address, password, and golf-related information you enter, such as course, date, score, slope, rating, and round history.

The app does not request sensitive Android permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, or files.

We use information to create and manage accounts, allow users to log in, store rounds, calculate and display a handicap index, maintain round history, provide password reset and support, operate and improve the service, measure website use with Google Analytics, and display advertising through Google AdMob.

Our websites use Google Analytics to measure page visits and understand how people use the service. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect information such as page URLs, browser and device details, and approximate location derived from IP address. We omit URL query strings from the page URLs sent by our analytics code.

Golf Handicap Tracker displays advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app activity, and other data to provide, personalize, measure, and improve advertising, depending on your settings and Google advertising preferences.

We do not sell users’ personal information.

We may share information with service providers, advertising providers such as Google AdMob, when legally required, or when necessary to protect users, the app, the website, or others.

We retain account and golf-related data while your account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service. Following a deletion request, we delete or de-identify personal information unless retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting jfingar@gmail.com. Include the email address associated with your account so we can process your request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect user information. No method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Golf Handicap Tracker is a general-audience sports application and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You may also manage advertising personalization through your device and Google advertising settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date. Continued use after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
